We will use this data to contact you by telephone or email about your booking and to tell you about products and information we offer related to this conference, which we believe will be of interest to your business.  

We may also ask for any dietary needs you have when attending the Conference. We store this securely on our events platform and will delete the information within 3 months of the Conference.

If you are completing this form as a Speaker, some information you submit here, such as headshot, name and job title, will be visible on our event website. If you are completing this form as a Delegate, we may publish your job title, associated company and country on our event website.

We share your name and professional contact details with our event partners, sponsors, and exhibitors. A full list of partners, sponsors, and exhibitors can be viewed here. We share your data under the lawful basis of legitimate interests in order for you and our sponsors to maximise networking opportunities at the Event.
