When you register to attend any of our events, we will store your data, including your name, company, telephone number, work email and address, job title and country securely on our events platform and our server in Europe. We will use this data to contact you by telephone or email about your delegate booking and to tell you about products and information we offer related to this Event, which we believe will be of interest to your business.

If you are completing this form as a Speaker, some information you submit here, such as headshot, name and job title, will be visible on our Event website.

We share your name and professional contact details with our event sponsors and partners. A full list of sponsors and exhibitors can be viewed here. We share your data under the lawful basis of legitimate interests in order for you and our sponsors to maximise networking opportunities at the Event. We may also share this information with those who have VIP passes to the Event. In all cases we ensure relevant data protection requirements are met. Your job title, company and company country will be displayed on our website and may be shared with other attendees via email after the Event. The only other time we will pass on your data is  to provide the requested service or product, or where we are required to by law.

You may update and change your information by logging into your account, as set up during this registration process, at any time.
