Paul Sciuto is the Executive Officer of Monterey One Water, a regional wastewater and water reuse utility serving northern Monterey County located along the Central Coast of California, USA. Having spent his career as a professional engineer focused exclusively on potable water, wastewater, and recycled water, Paul brings extensive technical expertise to a region isolated from state and federal water projects. His leadership resulted in the first potable reuse facility in northern California and is now advancing the nexus between water reuse and renewable energy.

In addition to providing strategic support and environmental protections for local benefit, Paul is an active industry contributor. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the WateReuse Association, is a member of the Public and Private Utility Advisory Committee for the International Desalination and Reuse Association, and was Past President of the Board of Directors for WateReuse California.
