Previously served as Deputy Secretary for Projects and Budget for the Government of the State of São Paulo, and as Director of Corporate Management at SABESP (Basic Sanitation Company of the State of São Paulo). Also held the positions of CEO at EMPLASA (São Paulo State Metropolitan Planning Company) and Secretary of Planning for the City of São Paulo.
