Anais is a Senior Investment Officer in the global water team at the IFC, based in Washington DC. She previously served as Senior Investment officer for urban infrastructure and Sustainable Cities Program Lead for Latin America and the Caribbean. Before joining IFC Anais was an Advisor to Macquarie Capital Infrastructure and Energy division, supporting investment sourcing and execution in Latin America.

She also served as Investor Relations advisor to the Colombian National Infrastructure Agency’s president, focusing on private capital mobilization. She was a director for strategy and new product development at the Colombian National Development Bank (FDN) and worked at Citibank, covering the Andean region.

Anais started her career at Veolia Water as a project manager in South Korea. She holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School as well as a master’s in marketing from Aix en Provence IAE, and a Sustainable Finance Certificate from the Columbia University Earth Institute.
