Kate Cassalli is a senior programme and transformation leader with extensive experience delivering complex, high‑risk change in regulated and operationally critical environments. As Head of Programme Development, she leads the development of desalination and advanced water recycling projects for Anglian Water.

Kate has worked at senior level in both the water and gas industries, bring a delivery focused lens on operational challenges. Her experience includes time spent on the programme development phase of Tideway, followed by leading an operations and maintenance business in Thames Water, and delivering challenging major infrastructure projects across London and Thames Valley. Kate has also worked as Head of Energy Operations in the gas industry, leading change and transformation as the industry readies itself for the future.
Known for her pragmatic, outcomes‑focused approach, Kate combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership to translate organisational priorities into deliverable, sustainable change.
