Biography
Dr. Erdal leads Black & Veatch’s Global Water Reuse practice with over 30 years of experience in planning, facility design, technology validation, and commissioning advanced treatment facilities for water reuse. He developed a cooling patent (US20240230176A9) to reduce carbon footprint and has delivered water reuse projects for major data center clients. Dr. Erdal earned his master's from the Ohio State University and his PhD from Virginia Tech. He enjoys ocean swimming, bridge, and wine tasting.
