Angel holds a Master Degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a MBA from London Business School with Honours, and has 25+ years work experience related to the Infrastructure sector. He worked for more than 10 years for Ferrovial, a world leading Infrastructure Group, where he occupied different managerial roles, in Spain and Puerto Rico, and finally as Executive Director in Amey, infrastructure service company in United Kingdom. In 2013 he joined Licuas, where he worked as International Managing Director, predominantly in the water sector, doubling the size of the company from scratch, and from 2021 to 2023 he was appointed Director & Partner at Plenium Partners to focus in the acquisitions for the Water market, with a special attention to Iberia. He is also the Chairman of the Water Group within the Water, Energy and Climate Change Committee from Chartered Civil Engineers in Spain. He was awarded Best Young Engineer in 2013 by
Chartered Civil Engineers from Madrid for his trajectory, while senior category awarded to ex CEO Santander Bank.
