Biography
Zoé is a dedicated water engineering professional with a robust background in both the technical and social aspects of water supply and sanitation. With a career spanning roles in engineering consultancy, rural infrastructure development, and sustainable development goals (SDGs) advocacy, Zoé brings a wealth of experience in facilitating water security initiatives, particularly in developing countries. Currently, Zoé is focused on driving a transformative agenda to scale up investments in water infrastructure, with a keen emphasis on universal access to water and sanitation.
As a part of the European Union Global Gateway initiative, Zoé is working to mobilize European Union know-how and the private sector's leadership in water management to unlock significant investment opportunities. By engaging with the Global Gateway 360° approach, Zoé actively contributes to strengthening governance frameworks and facilitating impactful, on-the-ground investments.
At the Global Water Summit, Zoé aims to foster dialogues that accelerate investments, understanding private sector opportunities and unlocking challenges, to ensure water security for all.
