Sasha Geschwind is a Management Analyst at Tucson Water in Tucson, Arizona.  She recently completed her Ph.D. in Political Science from Claremont Graduate University, specializing in local government stormwater policy with a focus on the unique challenges of the southwestern United States.  Her doctoral research evaluated the impact of collaboration across municipal boundaries on stormwater quality in the arid southern Colorado River Basin.  As a Management Analyst with Tucson Water, Sasha leverages her expertise in data analysis to address complex water management issues, including supporting Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects, Non-Revenue Water reduction, and developing performance metrics to enhance utility operations. Sasha is dedicated to promoting sustainable, data-driven water management solutions to address the increasing challenges the water sector faces.
