Lior Gutman serves as the Press Officer and Head of Public Relations at Mekorot, Israel’s national water company, where he leads strategic communication initiatives, public affairs, and media relations on both national and international levels.

Prior to joining Mekorot, Lior held senior editorial roles in leading Israeli media outlets. He served as the Infrastructure, Transportation, and Energy Editor at Calcalist, the business daily of the Yediot Ahronot Group – Israel’s largest media group. Previously, he was a correspondent for vehicles and transportation at the Haaretz Group and TheMarker.

Lior holds an M.A. in Political Communication for Managers from the Department of Political Science at Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. in Management and Communication from the College of Management Academic Studies in Tel Aviv.
