David L. Rose is a partner and founder at Thales Water Advisors, a global water strategy & finance consultancy, founded by three of the industry's leading experts on water. He provides corporate, M&A, go-to-market, and investment strategy to corporations, PE firms and growth capital firms interested in the water sector. Since its inception, David and the Thales team have worked on nearly 100 water-related engagements. David has been a leading expert on water investing and strategy for over a decade, with over 15 years experience as a senior equities analyst for investment banks including Jefferies & Company and Wedbush Securities. He was ranked as one of the top analysts by The Wall Street Journal and Financial Times/Starmine; and has appeared and been frequently quoted in business and water media. As a partner of Thales, David is an active sponsor and supporter of The Water Council´s Brew 2.0 program and is a judge in Imagine H2O´s Accelerator program. Additionally, David spent seven years in Latin America, before dedicating the next decade providing insightful research to institutional investors on water investing. David received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside, and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder.
