Since joining Jacobs in 2014, Kelly has progressed through operational leadership positions in Australia and New Zealand, holding several project governance roles on a range of Australia’s largest transport infrastructure projects. Her career includes 17 years in the water sector prior to Jacobs.

With a bachelor's in environmental engineering and a master's in water resource management, Kelly combines technical expertise with a passion for diversity and inclusion. She has previously served on the Roads Australia Diversity and Inclusion Board and Jacobs' Global Together Beyond Inclusion and Diversity Council.
