Denis GUILBERT currently serves as managinf director of Vendée Eau, the public utilities responsible for the management of drinking water services across the entire Vendée department in western France, as well as for a portion of wastewater services.
He also holds the position of Vice-President of ASTEE (Association Scientifique et Technique pour l’Eau et l’Environnement), the French professional association representing experts in the water and waste sectors.
A graduate engineer in urban engineering, Denis GUILBERT has dedicated his career to the water sector. He previously served at SIAAP, France’s largest public wastewater utility, and at Nantes Métropole, where he held the position of Director of the Water Cycle.
