Economist from the University of Lima, with a Master’s degree in Finance from ESAN University, and postgraduate studies in Public Project Management and Project Management. She has 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in the design, supervision, and management of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project contracts, mainly in water and sanitation projects, as well as irrigation projects.

She currently serves as Director of Sanitation Projects at PROINVERSIÓN, where she leads the structuring and promotion of Public-Private Partnership projects for the treatment and disposal of wastewater in various regions of the country.

She has participated in key initiatives for Lima and Callao, such as the concession of the Taboada and La Chira wastewater treatment plants, currently in the operational phase, and was recently in charge of the awarding of the Chincha WWTP located south of Lima. Additionally, she has overseen the execution of the concession contract for the Majes Siguas II pressurized irrigation project located in the Arequipa region.
