Mr. Karnik is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, focusing on industrial technology. His coverage of industrial technology companies in the mid-cap spans over two decades, with current coverage focus on water technology and solutions and industrial informatics and Infratech.
During his career, Mr. Karnik has advised both public and private companies on a broad range of transactions, including sellside and buyside M&A, corporate divestitures, joint ventures, and growth equity private placements for both institutionally owned and founder-family-led companies.
