José Enrique Bofill was born in Madrid, Spain in 1970. He holds an MSc degree in Civil Engineering and various post graduate programmes.
He joined Aqualia in 1994 and has dedicated his entire career to the water industry, having held positions in the technical, execution and business development areas, and having also collaborated in the field of research and development.
He has participated in the implementation of top-of-the-line water, wastewater, desalination and reuse projects in Spain and other countries before taking up the post of regional Director for the Africa-Asia in 2008.
He is also an experienced lecturer, having presented many papers and contributions in water events and congresses in several countries.
