Biography
Nadir Nuritdinov, ACA is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Infrasia Capital, a leading infrastructure advisory firm operating across Central Asia. With over 13 years of experience in financial and public-private partnership (PPP) advisory, Nadir has established himself as one of Uzbekistan's foremost experts in structuring and closing complex infrastructure transactions.
Prior to founding Infrasia Capital, Nadir headed the PPP Development Agency and the State Investment Department within Uzbekistan's Ministry of Finance, where he was instrumental in shaping national PPP policy and establishing the country's PPP legal framework. During his tenure, he achieved commercial close on ten landmark projects, spanning 4 GW of combined-cycle gas turbines, 2 GW of solar power, 500 MW of wind energy, Samarkand International Airport — Uzbekistan's first airport PPP — the country's inaugural district heating PPP in Tashkent, and the Namangan Wastewater Treatment Plant, serving a catchment area of up to 1.8 million inhabitants.
Today, as lead Transaction Advisor at Infrasia Capital, Nadir advises clients across energy, transport, healthcare, water, and education infrastructure sectors, working alongside multilateral partners including the World Bank, ADB, and EBRD. He also serves as Senior Director at Finasia Capital Ltd, supporting SOEs and private institutions on corporate finance, credit ratings, and Eurobond issuance.
Before his career in Uzbekistan, Nadir spent over 15 years in the UK infrastructure sector, holding roles at Deloitte and Bouygues, gaining deep expertise in private finance initiatives.
