Infrastructure senior executive with over 20 years of successful experience in structuring infrastructure projects (transportation, water/sanitation, urban mobility, energy generation) in Brazil and LATAM countries. Recognized by contributions in both infrastructure and export credits industries, Ms. Machado enjoys a long track record in development banking in Brazil, dealing with relevant stakeholders, including international investors, local governments and financial partners.
Since Jan, 2023, Ms Machado has been leading the PPP program at BNDES focused on overseeing the development of feasibility studies in several sectors such as water/sanitation, urban mobility, toll roads, ports, social and environmental infrastructure assets.
Ms Machado holds a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from UFRJ, an MBA degree in Finance from IBMEC and a PPP certification by APMG International.
