His career spans key roles in general management, commercial leadership, and business development, driving performance across complex global organizations.
Christian began his journey in the minerals and cement industries—sectors fundamental to global development. However, recognizing the urgent need for energy transition and sustainable practices, he transitioned into renewables, including a tenure in the wind turbine industry. Today, as Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer at SaltPower, he stands at the forefront of innovation, leading efforts to commercialize osmotic power—a clean, scalable energy technology that supports both electrification and decarbonization.

Christian holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering and has completed executive education at INSEAD, Copenhagen Business School, and Henley Business School. His professional philosophy centers on the belief that industrial progress and sustainability can—and must—coexist.
