Margot leads the Rabo Water team, supporting the different financial product teams within the bank with creating new financing opportunities for clients. She has 15 years of experience in both the water sector as the financial sector. She has a background in structured debt solutions such as project finance within the Renewable Energy sector and recently she led the global sustainable capital markets activities for Rabobank, including blue bond solutions. She is an advocate for sustainable finance, blue finance and better integrating the water world with the financial sector. Next to Rabobank she is is board member at the WaterBank, and in the Aquatech Strategic Board.
